After an eligible session, you can rate your experience and leave a review for your advisor. Your written review may be displayed on the advisor's profile.
Which sessions can I review?
You can leave a review after a session with 5 or more paid minutes.
After an eligible session ends, you'll be given the option to rate and review your experience.
Can I leave a review later?
Yes! If you don't want to leave a review immediately after your session, you have 2 weeks from the end of the session to submit one.
To leave your review later:
- Go to My Activity.
- Find and select the session you want to review.
- Select the option to rate and review the session.
Eligible sessions that haven't been reviewed yet will display a notice letting you know that you can still leave a review.
Can I edit or remove my review?
Yes. You can edit or remove your review within 2 weeks from the end of the session.
Go to My Activity, select the relevant session, and open your review to make your changes.
Why isn't my review showing?
Reviews go through an approval process before they are displayed.
Comments may be removed if they contain personal information, inappropriate language, or other content that doesn't meet our review guidelines.
Reviews help future clients learn about other clients' experiences and find an advisor who's a good fit for them.
