After you've had 3 sessions with an advisor, you are able to leave an accuracy rating. You can edit your rating at any time.

Using our dedicated mobile app:

1. Tap on My activity at the bottom of your screen
2. Open your readings with the advisor in question
3. Tap on "Rate accuracy" (in the central area of your screen, near the top)
   (under the tab options to switch from "All" to "Messages" to "Sessions")

Your individual rate is visible only to you, but it is calculated towards the average rating for the advisor.

Kindly note that the accuracy ratings are based on clients' perception and are not a guarantee for the advisor's skills and techniques.
