You can remove a saved credit or debit card or PayPal payment method from your Kasamba account.

How to remove a payment method

1. Log in to your Kasamba account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Payment Methods.
4. Choose the payment method you want to remove.
5. Select the Remove option and follow the prompts.

Removing a payment method will not affect any previous transactions made with it. Any unused credit in your Kasamba balance will also remain available for future use.

What if this is my only payment method?

If you want to remove the only remaining payment method from your Kasamba account, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

What if I have an unpaid balance?

If your account has an unpaid balance, you will not be able to remove a card until the outstanding balance has been settled.

Once the balance is settled, you can return to Profile > Payment Methods and try removing the card again.
