You can remove your own card or PayPal from your Kasamba account.

To do so, go to the 'Profile' section and then to the "Payments method" page. You can choose any of your payment methods and click on the remove icon. This action does not affect the previous transactions made with this payment method and any unused credit still in your Kasamba balance will remain available to use on Kasamba.

In case you wish to remove your only remaining payment method on Kasamba, please reach out to our customer service team.

NB: in case your account has an unpaid balance, you would not be able to remove a card until this amount is settled.
