Want to revisit something that was shared during your reading? You can view a written transcript of eligible voice and video sessions with your advisors.
How it works
After an eligible voice or video call ends, we automatically generate a written transcript.
- Transcripts are available for both voice and video calls.
- It usually takes a few minutes for your transcript to be ready.
- Transcripts are available in your session details.
- Transcripts are only available for sessions that took place after this feature launched.
Where to find your transcript
- Log in to your Kasamba account on the Web or App.
- Go to Orders or Past Readings.
- Select the voice or video session you want to review.
- Tap or click Transcript to read the full text.
If you don't see your transcript immediately after your session, refresh the page or app and check again after a few minutes.
Can I replay my session?
It depends on the type of session:
- Voice calls: Yes. You can replay the audio recording from your session details.
- Video calls: No. Live video sessions cannot be replayed. You can review the session using the written transcript instead.
What if my transcript looks incorrect or is missing parts?
Transcripts are generated automatically, so there may occasionally be errors or missing portions.
What if my transcript doesn't appear?
First, wait a few minutes after your session and refresh the page or app.
On rare occasions, a technical issue may prevent a transcript from being generated. Unfortunately, if a transcript fails to generate, it cannot be recovered or regenerated.
Are transcripts available for older sessions?
Transcripts are only available for eligible sessions that took place after the transcript feature launched. Sessions from before the feature launched will not have a transcript.
