Welcome to Kasamba’s Help Center!

We want you to feel safe and comfortable during every session. If you need to block an advisor you’ve had a paid session with, here’s how:


What is the “Block Advisor” feature?

This feature lets you block specific advisors to prevent unwanted messages or orders, while keeping your access to the rest of Kasamba.


How do I block an advisor?

Go to Settings > Blocked Advisors in your app.
Search the advisor’s nickname from those you’ve paid before and tap Block.
You can unblock anytime from the same place.


What happens when I block an advisor?

  • Neither you nor the blocked advisor can send messages to each other.
  • You cannot place new orders with that advisor.
  • The advisor will still appear in search and listings but cannot interact with you.
  • The messaging field will appear locked.

Can I block any advisor?

You can only block advisors you’ve had a paid session with.


Can I unblock an advisor later?

Yes! Go to Settings > Blocked Advisors and tap Unblock.


Will the advisor know I blocked them?

No, the advisor won’t receive a notification.
They will see a generic error if they try to contact you.


Can I still leave reviews for blocked advisors?

Yes, for sessions completed before blocking.


Can Kasamba Support block an advisor for me?

No. Blocking is private and controlled by you via the app.


What if an advisor is harassing me?

Block the advisor immediately in the app.
Our Trust & Safety team will review promptly and take appropriate action.


What if I accidentally block someone?

You can unblock anytime under Settings > Blocked Advisors.
