If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, please take the following steps right away to secure your information:

1. Log out of all devices
   Sign out of your account on every device. This helps ensure any unauthorized access is immediately ended.

2. Update your password
   Change your password as soon as possible. Be sure to use a strong, unique password that isn’t used on any other platform.

   • From the login screen, enter your email address.

   • Select “Forgot password?” and follow the prompts to reset it.

3. Enable App Lock (extra security)
   Turn on App Lock to add an additional layer of protection:

   • Go to your Profile tab.

   • Tap Settings.

   • Select App Lock.

   • Choose your preferred timing:

     • Lock immediately

     • Lock after 1 minute

     • Lock after 15 minutes

   Once enabled, App Lock will require authentication whenever you re-enter the app after inactivity.
