Rest assured—any unused credits for calls that don’t connect or end early are always returned automatically.
If a call fails to connect, or ends before you’ve used all your purchased time, any unused credits will be returned to your account. This also applies if a call ends during the free setup time.
Credits are usually returned within a few minutes. To confirm this:
Open the app menu.
Select Transaction History.
Compare your purchases with the credits used for your readings.
If more than a few minutes have passed and your credits have not been returned, please feel free to let us know.
