  • Updated

Kasamba encourages clients to leave honest and thoughtful feedback about their experiences with advisors. Your feedback can be viewed by other clients and helps them make informed decisions when choosing an advisor.

What should I know before leaving feedback?

Please make sure your feedback reflects your actual experience with the advisor and their services.

Feedback can only be edited within two weeks of posting.

Why might my feedback be removed?

Kasamba may remove feedback if:

  • It violates Kasamba's Terms of Use.
  • It is about Kasamba itself rather than the advisor or the services they provided.
  • It contains profane, vulgar, or sexually explicit language.
  • It contains personal identifying information, such as a name, address, phone number, or email address.
  • It discusses actions or services outside the scope of the advisor's services.
  • It is posted by an advisor about themselves, directly or indirectly.
  • It is harassing, abusive, posted by mistake, or intended for another advisor.
  • It is irrelevant or does not reflect an actual interaction with the advisor.

Kasamba reserves the right to remove feedback that does not meet these guidelines.

Can negative feedback be posted?

Yes. Feedback does not need to be positive. Clients are encouraged to share their honest experience as long as the feedback follows these guidelines.

Can I include personal information in my feedback?

No. Please do not include personal identifying information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.

Additional information

You may be legally responsible for remarks that are defamatory or cause harm to another person's reputation, as determined by a court or other authorized authority. Kasamba is not legally responsible for content posted by users.

Following these guidelines helps keep Kasamba's feedback system fair, useful, and respectful for everyone.
