• The feedback is posted by a User about themselves, directly or indirectly.

• The feedback appears harassing, abusive, mistaken, or intended for another User.

• Kasamba reserves the right to remove feedback deemed irrelevant or not reflective of actual interactions.

Please also note that you may be legally responsible if your remarks are defamatory or cause harm to another User’s reputation, as determined by a court or other authorized authority. Kasamba is not legally responsible for content posted by Users.
