If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login screen in just a few steps.

Reset your password

These steps apply if you sign in using an email address and password.

1. Tap I forgot my password on the login screen.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Tap Reset Password.
4. Check your email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Note: If you remember your password before using the reset link, you can ignore the email. Your password will remain unchanged until you create a new one.

Password reset link expired

If your password reset link has expired, return to the login screen and request another password reset. A new email containing a new reset link will be sent automatically.

Didn't receive the password reset email?

If you requested a reset but the email hasn't arrived, try the following:

• Wait a few minutes — the email can take a short while to arrive.
• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as the message can sometimes be filtered there.
• Confirm you entered the correct email address — the one associated with your account.
• Make sure the reset request was completed on the login screen.

If you still don't see the email after checking these, return to the login screen and request a new password reset.

Signed up with Google or Facebook?

If you created your account using Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook, you do not have a password to reset.

To access your account, sign in using the same method you used when creating your account.
