Under U.S. federal tax law, Kasamba is required to request certain taxpayer information from certain persons receiving certain funds from Kasamba (whether such persons are U.S. taxpayers or not). Information collected will be used solely to fulfill Kasamba requirements under U.S. federal tax law and will not be used for any other purpose.
In order to fulfill this requirement we must receive immediately your completed W-9 or W-8BEN form, as applicable, declaring your tax status.
Please note that a failure to submit your tax form may force us to turn over (withhold) 28% (or 30%, as applicable) of your gross earnings on a monthly basis directly to the IRS. This process will continue until such time that we receive your completed W-9 or W-8 form, as applicable.
US Taxpayers (Form W-9)
If you are a US taxpayer (for example a US corporation, a US partnership, a US citizen or a US resident alien) you should submit W-9 Form.
