All customers can choose to block advisors from being able to contact them by updating their 'My Psychics' list.

1. Sign in to your Kasamba Account
   
2. From the "My Kasamba" button at the top, select 'My Psychics'
   
3. At the bottom of your listed Psychics, click ‘Edit My Psychics’
   
4. Locate the Psychic you wish to block, and click ‘Block Expert’ to prevent them from being able to initiate contact with you.
   

If and when you choose to do so, the advisor's will no longer be able to initiate new contact with you. You are both still able to respond to existing ongoing messages, and you can still start a live session with an advisor that you blocked.
