If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received in one of your sessions and would like to receive a refund, please submit a "Refund Request" ticket but clicking on the "New Support Ticket" above.

Note: The refund request must be submitted within seven days of the end of the session.

In your refund request you must include the session's date, advisor's name and session fee.

Once we have received this information, we will review your request. Please note, we reserve the right to refund you in full or partially for your session. In addition, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund.
