The final fee for chat sessions conducted are calculated by multiplying the session length by the advisors per minute fee.  For example, 5 minutes x $2.99= $14.95

Please note that chat duration is rounded up to the nearest minute.

Upon quitting a session, the counter stops running at the exact moment you hit the 'Quit Session' button. If the session lasted 5:00 minutes, you will be charged for 5 minutes. However, if the session runs 5:01 or above, it is automatically rounded up to the next minute. In such cases, you would be charged for 6 minutes.
