Kasamba has a robust system for determining why a phone session ended. The reasons behind a call’s end falls into one of five categories:

 

  •  Technical 
  •  Customer Hang Up
  •  Customer Unanswered
  •  Expert Hang Up within the first 30 seconds
  •  Expert Unanswered

 

If the call ends because of an expert hang up within the first 30 seconds, or because the call went unanswered from the expert, you will be considered as unavailable for that call. If you are unavailable for 2 consecutive calls, you will receive a 2 hour ban from phone sessions.
