Please note, that if you are trying to update your master profile, it will not update your individual listings. Remember, the master profile is a tool to help you create multiple listings, information displayed in this profile is not shown to your clients. In order to update your listings you must do so for each listing, separately.  In order to update your listings, please follow the steps below.

1. Sign into your Kasamba account.
2. Click on the 'My Kasamba' menu at the top right hand side of the screen.
3. Click on 'My Profiles'.
4. Click in the 'Edit' link under the listing you would like to change.

Note that the approval process may take a while. If your listings are pending for several days, simply open a new support ticket and our customer service team will assist you.
