For chat sessions you will be paid for the time spent in session, from the time your session enters into "Hire" status until your customer clicks the "Quit Session" button. The duration of the paid session is indicated by a timer that is located below the text boxes of the chat window.

For phone sessions, you will be paid from the moment both parties are connected on the line until the customer hangs up their phone.

Provided that your session lasted longer than 30 seconds, the session fee, minus our service charge, will be added to your Pending Earnings as soon as the session ends.
