If you have hired an advisor during a chat which ended with a final fee, the transcript will be available to you at the end of the session. To access your transcripts afterward, please follow these steps:
- Click on "My Kasamba" at the top right hand corner of the homepage
- Click on 'Account Activity'
- You will need to select the dates from the drop down menu to view your account activity from that period.
- To view the transcript click on the subject line and a dialog box will open.
Click 'View Session Transcript' in the right hand corner. If you hired an advisor for a phone session, there will be no transcript or recording. However, if you chatted with the advisor the transcript will be available to you in you as long as the session ended with a final fee.
