If you have hired an advisor during a chat which ended with a final fee, the transcript will be available to you at the end of the session. To access your transcripts afterward, please follow these steps:
- Click on "My Kasamba" at the top right hand corner of the homepage
- Click on 'Account Activity'
- You will need to select the dates from the drop down menu to view your account activity from that period.
- To view the transcript click on the subject line and a dialog box will open.
Click 'View Session Transcript' in the right hand corner. If you hired an advisor for a phone session, there will be no recording. However, if you chatted with the advisor the transcript will be available to you in you as long as the session ended with a final fee.
